Not just for summer!  This Rose' blend of 78% Zinfandel and 22% Grenache Noir has fresh flavors of strawberry, peach and a hint of watermelon and works as a great starter to any meal or special occasion.  Refreshing and balanced, not too sweet and not too bitter.  We like to make Rose' cocktails served up in vintage coups and use as starters for special dinners.  We use the saignee production method of bleeding off the juice after contact with the skin and seeds creating a more flavorable rose'.
